No Bull: Pippen, one of NBA’s greatest, retires

Pippen is done

I have such great memories of Scottie. Moreth and I used to watch him in amazement. Some of the best memories:

1) His defense against Magic Johnson in the 1991 Finals. He made Magic look old and useless. Pip snuffed him out completely

2) His stride: When we ran down the court, Pippen looked like he could have run the 400 as a world class athlete

3) 1994: His year without Michael. He was awesome and anyone could see that he was an outstanding player in his own right

4) Niteclub in Chicago. I was waiting in line out front with some friends. Up pulled a BMW with beautiful rims. The rims hit the sidwalk and made an awful scretching noise. Scottie Pippen jumps out of his car with his big smile and just walks into the club like nothing happened. 6 championships for Chicago, I say give him a lifetime VIP.
