Some cool thoughts here. I don’t agree with the Google analogy though. Google search is *not* social (at least so far). It is purely about information. Twitter is like the phone, or IM, or email. But I think your basic point is true. There will be new ways for businesses to use Twitter just like businesses have used the phone, IM, and email (inherently social apps.)
