Golden Gate: Part 3 of Epic Runs

This morning I was lucky enough to be crashing at TW house in Sunset, 1/2 block from Golden Gate park.  1st think I did was wake-up and go for a run in it.  It was my 3rd epic run in a huge city park in the past 2 months….( here are links to Van, BC and NY ones - oops never wrote up the run Donovan and I did)

- the sun was shining
- the road/path was all curvy and I had no idea where I was going.
- saw some asian folks doing stretches in the park
- lotsa other joggers, dawg walkers
- lotsa gardens - ran by some hidden lake

It was just excellent…I reckon having big parks in the middle of big cities helps the mental and physical health of it’s inhabitants.  Beside Forest Park in PDX, not sure what other big parks we have.

Park along the river might qualify in a mini sort of way.
