Labor Day Weekend in Oregon

Yesterday was one of those days that I’ll look back at during the winter and remember as loads of fun. From getting up at 4:55 a.m. and ringing Deanna to Steaks and Wine at Dewey’s house, it was a fantastic day.

Food Wise:
Breakkie 7:45 am: At Otis Cafe about 6 miles from Lincoln City. Sitka Omlette (Veggies, Cream Cheese, and Mushrooms) for me. Yumm
Lunch: Turkey Bagel Sandwich on Ham and Swiss Rye Bagel, tomato pesto cream cheese. Yummm.
Dinner: Dewey marinated steak for Deanna, Donelle, and myself. Superb. I’m sure the Guenoc Petite Syrah helped as well.

The waves were good, I was able to take a nap on the beach. Everyone (Deanna, Dewey and myself) was super positive so we all had a great day.

I am happy to be alive.
