February 2007 is done and I am a fat prick

So I blogged everyday in January but blew it bigtime this month. Oh well.

If you come to my blog most days and don’t find anything and wish that I was more consistent, consider subscribing to my RSS feed. Just like VentureBlog man says here, you will receive it when I write instead of checking it on sean.keener.org.

Check out www.keener.org. I am and have been using google apps on it since it came out. Pretty handy stuff. If you are a friend of mine or think you are and want your domain set-up on this for yourself…let me know - I’ll set dis up for your man!

A month ago I considered posting that I am a fat prick…well, cuz, I am. A few other bloggers that I read were thinking the same thing and started fatblogging. I reckon I’ll join in and try to publicly embarrass myself as further motivation not to eat like I did in high school/college…. as fast and as much as possible. Of course, as I age - I keep eating and my activity level goes down. So starting today, when I post - I’ll post what I did today exercise wise and my current weight for that extra bit of motivation.

Exercise: Walk so far - maybe gym/run later
Weight: 239.2 (I think I weigh more than Matt Suhey when he was fullback for the bear ‘85 team)

You’re the same weight as Andre Dawson if he was on steroids. You also probably hit the outside slider as well as he did.

Thanks for the Google apps tip!

Thank-you for not smearing the Hawks name with steriod talk. He was awesome in ‘87. I loved him.

I just went to the bathroom and am 239.0 now. :)
