NFL Playoffs, Blogs and AOL sport blogging initiative
I love January in the USA. NFL playoffs and it’s generally crappy out….so what better way to spend an afternoon. Surfing and watching pretty damn good football. The past few years I have been out of country so I have missed a lot of it.
Always great to see the show boating cocky Dallas Cowboys choke and lose at the end yesterday. Currently watching the Philly v NYGiants game.
We played around with NFL Logue this past year a little bit. Would love to get at it properly next season. If you are familiar with NFL blogs and whatnot, there is the AOL NFL Blog which is basically a copy of what we did with World Cup Blog this past summer. A blog per team etc, etc. WCBlog partnered with AOL this year for distribution and when I talked to them, they loved our concept and said they were gonna copy it for NFL. Smart move I reckon and they are doing a good job as well. If we had more resources, we would have as well.
