1st Thursday and other crap
Off to 1st thursday tonight for the 4th straight month. Humans are creatures of habit, no?
The frickin’ weather in PDX is so damn nice…must be 60+ degrees and sunny today. No mountain snow and folks are saying it’s not good for the summer. Low rivers, no H20…someone I was talking to this past weekend (I think) was saying that in our lifetime there will be wars over water. Hmm.. Oil and water.
My eyes are superb. One side effect is that at nite I see little Halos around bright lights like headlights and stuff. I think it is subsiding a bit, but it may always be there from what I know. I still think it is totally worth it to get my eyes zapped…Even with the halos - everything is clear as day.
Leo is off to NY today I think and she is gonna hit the ET party. Wish we could be there to celebrate his return after following his trip for 1.5 years.
Also learned that I *might* be able to goto Cubs spring training this year. Unbelievably excellent if it does happen. A new friend might invite me if I am lucky enuff and the timing is right. Freesia - do you have any tickets at Wrigley this year?

Nope, no Wrigley tickets just yet my friend. Almost every home game sold out last Friday when single game tickets first went on sale. Ticket brokers had legions of contracted scumbags waiting in line to snatch up all the tickets. Big Frank claims he’s “got a guy” who can get us what we need, though. I did get tix for games in St. Louis. And we’re still on for Houston, right?
