The Zen Sandwich is better

Donovan went to Sbarro (sp?) Sushi joint on Sunday night with his wife.  He told this story about it at our Monday Morning Meeting…

He saw Wade McCollum and Noah from the show One were eating there as well.  Donovan and Carrie noticed them both and were deviously planning a joke on them…

Last thursday Donovan and Carrie joined me and some other friends for the show.  Donovan was for sure stoked about it and really enjoyed it.  One of the funny songs from the show is I think "Zen Sandwich Cafe" - it is set in a cafe called the Zen Sandwich where everything is super organic etc and the song is funny and makes fun of it lightly…definately a highlight.

So, as Donovan was leaving, he approached Wade and Noah (keep in mind, they don’t know him) and he says nicely while slighlty interrupting them,

"This place is great, isn’t it?"

they politely nod in reply.

Donovan shoots back,

"But it is not as good as this place called the Zen Sandwich, you should check it out"

Donovan said it was a funny moment as they all laughed out loud - I can imagine it was.  Nice one Styx.

My wife Carrie actually thought up the idea. It was pretty funny.
