With every athlete this side of the Atlantic being accused of performance enhancing supplements, I am considering joining the fray. I read a book about an Irish cyclist who rode in the Tour in the late 80’s early 90s. He use caffeine suppositories and said they worked quite well.
I am thinking 1 might be helpful for my middle of the nite run for Hood To Coast. A massive caffiene kick – and hey, at least I am not using steroids?
