6:30 am August 4th: 5.4 miles in 44:16  (Esplanade)

no worries - I do it as much for myself…I want to remember when I am an old man, that I actually did get off the couch and run around a bit. :-) rock on.

Funny. I just completed 3 runs in 25 months:

June 2003: Late for airplane. .4 miles, 2:00, (shoeless)

Halloween 2004: forgot condoms in my hotel room. Round trip .3 miles, vertical gain +30 ft. 1:15. (also shoeless).

July 2005: drunk on beach. .8 miles. time unknown. (strangely, pantsless, but not shoeless).
