The CEO of Renewal by Anderson, John Esler spoke to us after dinner last night.
He highlighted the differences between his 1st business and his 2nd (current)

– add overheard begrudgingly
A bunch of questions got asked after by all the other entreprenuers in the room. Many of the questions focused on the paying of the top exec’s, and how other’s within the organization are compensated.
I raised my hand to ask a few questions, but it was over before I was called upon. My questions were, “what is overpaying your top execs” exactly. Doesn’t mean the same thing to all people. He (John Esler) seemed like a good bloke and has built a fast growing and profitable business. Good on him.
