Real Estate is already sky high…that place has grown so much in the past 10+ years - looks like it will continue with 400 more highly paid yahoos running around.

Bigtime - I thought they were hot in the 90s - of course, once it’s this hot, it’s too late for the average shmoo do enjoy it with prices so high etc. Having said that…there are always opps!
