Columbia Gorge Casino?

I hope that a Casino in the Gorge does not go through.  We have enough of them already.  Why add another one?  If I want a Casino – I’ll goto Vegas…not in my backyard.

Grooming for the Urban King

Not sure if I am an Urban King, but this place frickin’ rocks.  Chris and I scheduled our haircuts at 5 pm today.  We arrived 15 minutes early so we could enjoy a micro-brew beer.  Luck enuff, the owner Celeste was in so we had a chat with her as well.

After another beer and and 45 minute haircut and scalp massage by hair mistress Ratany – we were in heaven.  A long hard day at the office make this extra special as we rallied on to Kell’s for a Guinness and Irish Whiskey.

If there are any blokes in Portland that are not getting there haircuts at HairM…I strongly encourage you to try it/do it.  Get the King’s Club Membership.  It is up to 16 haircut’s per year for I think $400 bucks.  Frickin’ awesome stuff.  Beer, wine, coffee, or water with your King’s Cut and satellite TV.  Scalp massage, 2 hair washes, wet razor on your neck….it’s all good.  Give it a try.

In and Out Burger Delivery

Our Intern and Friend, little Chris is living and working with us for a month. His girlfriend flew in last night from So Cal to spend new years with him. She was kind enuff to bring 6 IN-N-OUT Burgers and 2 orders of fries.

The kewl thing about it it, when Jennifer told them what she was doing, they had a process already in place to help her not deliver soggy burgers and fries. The burgers were separated from the lettuce and tomato. The special sauce was in a separate container. All we had todo was mike it and eat’em.

A perfect midnight snack. Thanks Jennifer (Not Leo – but I could see her doing the same thing).

Low Carbs vs High Carbs

My momma submitted this link this morning. Good stuff. Low Carb diets are garbage.

(If it seems to good to be true, it probably is for all those folks who think just lowering carbs and eating steak and eggs is the key to losing weight and health)
