Got back from a weekend in ORD yesterday…the pictures below show part of the story.
Metallica Concert: Sensational. About 5 of their new songs from St. Anger Album and the rest were classics like One, Fade to Black, Enter Sandman and many more. A stadium of 20,000 or whatever singing along was electric.
Chicago in general is just gr8 and I miss it. I still prefer to live in PDX for sure, but visiting old friends and family is the best. People that know me since I was 6 or 7 years old just creates a different type of friendship.
A big thank-you to Robin and Brian for putting me up at the Belmont Palace. You 2 rock. Pictures from LibertyPalloza coming soon.
As always, it’s great to see old friends, and Tim is no exception. His passion of Cubs, Bears, and Loyola Academy are legendary. Gr8 to talk Tim.
Brett’s band, Living for George performed 2nd at “Libertypalloza” 🙂 – Get me a CD mate.
Brian met Susie and I at Caribou Coffee friday noon. Brian injoys summer hours ie is off at noon on Fridays between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Nice one.
